Rajput Farms Alpha Grade is our own in-house quality check for the plants, dry fruits, spices and fresh produce we sell. It is not a government or AGMARK grade — it is how we check our own batches before they reach you.
Each lot is sorted, washed in a 1% food-grade baking-soda solution, rinsed, dried and packed with the date. Mangoes are additionally hot-water treated at 52°C. Read more on our How We Wash page.
Every Alpha Grade product carries a batch record showing the batch number, the date it was checked, every point marked, and a pass result.
Please note: Rajput Farms Alpha Grade is an in-house standard set by Rajput Farms. It is not a government certification and is not the AGMARK grading system.
