These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of rajputfarms.in, operated by Rajput Farms and Green Infra Pvt. Ltd. ("Rajput Farms", "we", "us"). By using our Site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Pricing

We sell fresh fruits, vegetables, plants, trees and offer landscaping services. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. Product images are representative; actual produce/plants may vary slightly in size, colour or ripeness due to their natural, seasonal nature.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders can be paid for via Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payment (UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets) through our payment partner Razorpay. An order is confirmed once payment is completed (for online payments) or once accepted for delivery (for COD).

3. Delivery

We currently deliver across Kanpur, Lucknow and Unnao, Uttar Pradesh. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, availability or logistical factors, especially for perishable produce and live plants.

4. Cancellations & Returns

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false information when placing an order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rajput Farms is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or delays in delivery caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
