What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets) via Razorpay.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free on all orders within our serviceable areas.

How fresh are your products?

All fruits and vegetables are sourced directly from our farms in Uttar Pradesh and dispatched fresh, often the same day.

Can I return a product?

Fresh produce and plants cannot be returned once accepted, except in case of damage, spoilage or a wrong item - see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

Our team will contact you by phone/WhatsApp with delivery updates. You can also call us with your Order ID.

Do you offer landscaping services?

Yes - we offer landscaping, garden development, Miyawaki forests, orchard planning and more. Contact us for a consultation.

Are your fruits and vegetables organic?

Many of our products are grown organically on our own farms. Each product page indicates whether that specific item is certified organic.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel free of charge before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Do you sell plants and trees online?

Yes, we sell fruit trees, indoor plants and outdoor plants alongside fresh produce, all delivered to your doorstep.
